Canada Trust
Construction of a new
banking facility, including
administration offices,
vault and teller stations.
Construction consists
of concrete slab on grade,
block and brick masonry,
steel roof trusses and
metal decking. This project
was completed in summer
1983.

Capitol Furniture Plus
A design-build project
with a local general contractor.
This building is a 2800
square metres showroom/shipping
and recieving facility.
The building consists
of a steel structure,
with slab on grade and
one masonry fire wall.
Exterior walls are framed
with steel studs and stucco
finish. The project was
completed in 1999.

City of Lethbridge
Addition of 558 square
meters second floor on
to existing main floor
and the renovation of
a senior citizens facility
approximately 1110 square
meters. Upgrading included
lounge areas, games area,
washhroom, arts and crafts
areas, meeting rooms and
complete administration
areas. The project was
completed April 1997.
An additional $450,000.00
worth of smaller projects
have been completed in
three separate contracts.
